These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dharmashastara Edu Tech website and enrollment in any course offered through it. By browsing this site or submitting an enrollment form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or enroll in a course.

Course descriptions, durations, batch schedules, and pricing shown on this site are indicative and may be updated from time to time; the details confirmed to you at the time of enrollment will govern your specific course.
3. Enrollment and Registration
To enroll in a course, you must submit accurate and complete information through our enrollment form, including your first name, last name, email address, contact number, and address. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is correct and for notifying us promptly of any changes. Submitting the enrollment form is a request to enroll and does not guarantee a seat until confirmed by us, which may be subject to payment and seat availability.
4. Course Fees and Payment
Course fees are as displayed on this site at the time of enrollment, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. Discounted or "early-bird" pricing may be time-limited or subject to availability. Payment terms, accepted methods, and installment options (if any) will be communicated separately at the time of enrollment confirmation.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests should be sent to us in writing at the contact details in Section 11. Our specific cancellation window, refund percentage, and any non-refundable components (such as registration fees) will be communicated to you at the time of enrollment and may vary by course. Where a course session is canceled or rescheduled by us, we will offer an alternative batch or a refund as applicable.
6. Live Sessions and Course Access
Courses are delivered as live, instructor-led sessions according to the schedule confirmed at enrollment. You are responsible for arranging your own device, internet connectivity, and any software required to attend sessions. Recordings, where provided, are for your personal reference only and are subject to the intellectual property terms in Section 8.
7. Learner Conduct
You agree to participate in course sessions respectfully and not to engage in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful conduct toward instructors or fellow learners. We reserve the right to suspend or remove a learner from a course, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, presentations, website content, logos, and branding are the property of Dharmashastara Edu Tech or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use course materials for your personal learning only, and may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share them without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
Courses are provided for educational purposes. While we aim for accuracy and quality in our curriculum and instruction, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment, certification results, or exam success. Statistics such as enrollment counts shown on this site are indicative and may be approximate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dharmashastara Edu Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in a course, beyond the amount of fees actually paid by you for the relevant course.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your enrollment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority over Telangana, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date, and will apply to enrollments made after that date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
